Balance of payment must be made 7 days prior to departure of Tag Along Tour. We accept Cheques, Money Orders and Cash only. Personal cheques are subject to 5 day clearance. A full refund can only be made if notice of cancellation is given at least 21 days prior to commencement of Tag Along Tour. On Tag Along tours, clients are responsible for any personal, fuel and vehicle repair expenses. The tour cost does not include any travel, motor vehicle, personal or medical insurances, if those are required, clients must make necessary arrangements and payments. Shaun Maiden's North East Off Road Tours & Tagalongs reserves the right to cancel and/or amend tour and/or components of tours as required without notice. Changes will only be made if we consider that adverse weather and/or other conditions would jeopardise the health and safety of our clients. Adequate insurance cover is a condition of joining our tours. Shaun Maiden's North East Off Road Tours & Tagalongs does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any property, repairs or recovery costs. Shaun Maiden's North East Off Road Tours & Tagalongs does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal effects, and shall not be held liable for any Illness, Injury, Damages, loss or delay caused to the Participant whilst engaged on any of our Tours. The Itinerary may be subject to change due to weather and road conditions.
